Description: An unknown vessel covered in sand in the eastern sector of Borealis. The crafts age is unknown however it was covered and semi preserved due to the sand storms. Excavation of this craft has produced material we sent to science to examine.

The 'King Goron' is a drudge-class long-haul mining vessel. Normally with a crew of 1000, this particular one seems to have had below half that, numbering in perhaps 300 to maximize space for cargo and mining paraphernalia. At 1100 meters long, the vessel already is primarily composed of engines and cargo bays, and the former are severely lacking in anything but forward thrust.

Much of the external superstructure and cargo compartments were torn apart during re-entry, though most of the spine and integral crew compartments survived (thanks to the 'braking' and buffer from the ore bulkheads) only to be buried in martian dirt.
